The model MG 12 T.V.E. press The 2C's compacting chamber is fully closed. The materials loading and bale ejecting doors can be opened. The electrical panel is located on the side with built-in command buttons. The material is front-loaded, the materials holding systems optimise loading times, ensuring that the loading chamber is always empty at the end of every pressing cycle. - Beeper announces that the bale is ready. This system lets you guarantee that the bales area all similar to each other, in terms of weight and dimensions. The notification height is adjustable. - Tin, can and small drum compactor platen accessory. - Liquid containment and collection drip pan. - Roof cover for outdoor positioning. - ATEX directive-compliant electric panel and remote control-unit - Electrical panel located up high and buttons on side - Extended cylinders yielding smaller bales. - Addition of two transversal bindings. - Binds with closed doors for very plastic crush-resistant materials. - Fan-type holding system for particular materials. - Blocks for excluding the holding systems of crushed materials. - Dust suction and collecting hoods in loading chamber. - Quick-link tying carter. Thanks to carters on the back of the machine tying is possible with quick-link steel wire (with eyelets) while working only in front of the machine. - Slotted front doors for closed-door binding, suited for extremely elastic return materials. The compacting cycle (up and down compactor phases) is button-operated automatic. Bale binding is preset, and with doors open, it is bound manually, with polypropylene wire (4 spools are supplied). Thanks to the slots on the back of the chamber, steel wire or bands can be used to bind. Bales are automatically ejected by a belt fitted to the back wall of the press, which is activated by the rising plate. Closing of the bale-ejection door is done via hand wheel to ensure safe opening even with the more plastic (bounce-back) materials. The press can be positioned against a wall. It only needs front space for material to be loaded and to expel the bales. The hydraulic circuit is fitted with a safety locking valve to prevent the platen from falling. The press is made be fastened to the ground. It can also be installed outdoors, provided the control unit assembly and control panel are protected. The press is epoxy varnished. The standard press colour is RAL 7016 grey , moving parts and protections are RAL 1007 yellow. The colours of the press can be changed according on the RAL table. The press is tested at the Ausonia works prior to being shipped. The MG12 T.V.E. The 2C is shipped vertically, fully loaded with oil and with circuit bled. Upon receiving the unit just replace the non-bleeder cap with the supplied bleeder cap, check the direction of rotation of the electric motor (only in the 380V versions) and the machine is ready for use. The user and maintenance manual is issued with the press. it must be read by any operator prior to use, and shows every detail concerning the various operations and proper use of the machinery.
