Vertical hydraulic compacting machine for compacting and shaping bales or recyclable materials such
as: cardboard paper, nylon plastic, big-bags, fibre-glass and insulation in general, expanded and soft
polyurethane, sponge foam, PET and tetrapak bottles, leathers, rags, cloths, tyres and petrol tanks,
generic trash, etc. ...
The model MG 35 T.V.E. compacting machine features a fully-closed compacting chamber. The
materials loading and bale ejecting doors can be opened. The electrical panel is located on the side
with built-in command buttons. The pressing plate is guided by two slides which run on GLICODUR
supports. The material is front-loaded, the materials holding systems make for optimal loading times,
ensuring an always empty chamber at the end of each pressing cycle.

The compacting cycle (up and down compactor phases) is button-operated automatic
Bale binding is preset with open doors, it is bound manually, with highly - resistant polypropylene
banding (4 coils are supplied) . Thanks to the slots on the back of the chamber, steel wire or bands
can be used to bind.
A beeper announces when it's time to tie the bales, this ensures the bales are all similar to each
other, in terms of weight and dimensions. The beep height is adjustable.
Bales are automatically ejected by a belt fitted to the back wall of the compacting machine, which is
activated by the rising plate.
Closing of the bale-ejection door is done via hand wheel to ensure safe opening even with the more
plastic (bounce-back) materials.
The compacting machine can be positioned against a wall. It only needs front space for material to
be loaded and to expel the bales.
The hydraulic circuit is fitted with a safety locking valve to prevent the platen from falling.
The compacting machine is made be fastened to the ground.
The compacting machine is epoxy varnished. The standard compacting machine colour is RAL 7016
grey , moving parts and protections are RAL 1007 yellow. The colours can be changed according to
the RAL table .
The compacting machine is tested at the Ausonia works prior to being shipped. The MG35 T.V.E. is
shipped standing upright, with the press plate and cylinder lowered inside the chamber. On delivery
just reposition the cylinder onto the apposite flange, check the direction of rotation of the electric
motor and the machine is ready for use. The usage and maintenance manual delivered with the
compacting machine, and which must be read by operators prior to use, explains every detail for
every operation and the proper use of the machine.
