Vertical hydraulic press model MG10 T.A. - T.A.V. for compacting and shaping bales or recyclable materials such as: carboard paper, nylon plastic, big-bags, fibre-glass and insulation in general, expanded and soft polyeurathane, sponge foam, PET and tetrapak bottles, leathers, rags, cloths, generic trash, tins and cans, wooden and plasting crates, etc.. The MG10 T.A. model press - The T.A.V.'s compacting chamber can be opened on three sides. The loading door and the lower door can be opened on the front. The electrical panel is located up high while the buttons are located on the lateral support. The material is loaded in the fron, the material handling systems (found in the T.A.V. version) reduce loading times, ensuring that the loading chamber is always empty at the end of each crushing cycle, even with the more elastic of materials. - Beeper announces that the bale is ready. This system lets you guarantee that the bales area all similiar to each other, in terms of weight and dimensions. The beep height is adjustable. - Telescope cylinder. Thanks to the two-stroke cyclinder the press reaches a height of 2580 mm. It is therefore movable upright without having to empty the oil tank or tip over the press. - Tin, can and small drum compactor table accessory. - Liquid containment and collection drip pan. - Roof cover for outdoor positioning. - Atex directive-compliant electric panel and remote control-unit. - Extended cylinder to yield smaller bales. - Addition of two transversal bindings. - Binds with closed doors for very plastic crush-resistant materials. - Fan-type holding system for particular materials. - Blocks for excluding the holding systems of crushed materials. - Dust suction and collecting hoods in loading chamber. The compacting cycle (up and down compactor phases) is button-operated automatic. Bale binding is manual and is done with open doors using highly resistant polypropylene string (1 coil and 1 threading needle are supplied). Thanks to the slots on the back of the chamber, steel wire or bands can be used to bind. Bales are extracted manually, after binding the bale is tipped over out of the platen. Closing the bale expelling door is done via hook system. The press needs front space to allow room for loading materials and back space for binding and opening the chamber and ejecting the bales. The hydraulic circuit is fitted with a safety locking valve to prevent the platen from falling. The press is made be fastened to the ground. It can also be installed outdoors, provided the control unit assembly and control panel are protected. The press is epoxy varnished. The standard press colour is RAL 7016 grey , moving parts and protections are RAL 1007 yellow. The colours of the press can be changed according on the RAL table. The press is tested at the Ausonia works prior to being shipped. The MG10 T.A.V. is shipped horizontally, on its side, and with a full canister of oil inside the press itself. Upon delivery, simply straigthen the press, fill the tank with the supplied oil, check the electric motor's sense of rotation and machine is ready for use. The usage and maintenance manual delivered with the press, and which must be read by operators prior to use, explains every detail for every operation and the use of the machine.
