Smart_Shade is the first and unique instrument designed specifically to perform a complete and automatic quality check of
sunlens shade. It provides objective and repeatable measures and checks of the shade’s main characteristics:

Smart_Shade automatically checks it and signals a Pass / Fail output in less than 1 second, without any need of interpretation
by the operator. Acceptance criteria and thresholds are selected by user for each model or group of models.

Smart_Shade definitively eliminates the subjectivity in shade evaluation process and simplifies the customer – supplier
relationship.

Smart_ Shade is a fast, compact, rugged, static, easy to use equipment, designed for harsh environment and heavy duty
cycle use. It is specifically suited for massive (production) quality inspection, in-line control, Statistic Process Controls (SPC),
incoming inspection.

Smart_Shade reduces time and cost of controls, eliminates the subjectivity of operator-based visual controls, allows
unskilled operators employment, allows increase of statistic process control (SPC) number and performs full and
